My Work:

What I Do

For the past two decades, I have have been invited to act locally, nationally, and internationally as an international social justice facilitator and communicator, community organizer, assertiveness and empowerment coach, and theatre of the oppressed/forum theatre practitioner.

Over time, it has been exciting to work with tens of thousands of community members, students, teachers, and professionals from criminalized youth to youth workers and policy makers, from people surviving oppressive systems, to people benefitting from those systems, from children to elders and from multitudes of intersecting identities, genders, and experiences.

Most recently, you can join me as I facilitate a webinar called Practical Decolonization: How To Live It Daily, with online magazine Everyday Feminism

Over the past 5+ years I have sat on panels, presented at conferences, and facilitated and led sessions and been hired as a consultant to work with students, policy makers, staff and leaders at SFU, UBC, and UVic during their individual processes to create policies on sexual violence and consent, and was invited to present the keynote in partnership with author and editor Darnell Moore for UVic's Let's Get Consensual campaign event in 2015.
